Welcome to the first blog from the Spirit of Stirling Whisky Festival. It has taken us several months to get to this stage but it has been worth it. And, although it is still a year away from the opening of the festival, we have already booked the Albert Hall for 2013 & 2014.
We have had a great response from all the distilleries we have approached about attending and there will much more than whisky tasting. There will be unique foods from several different suppliers, along with interactive stands to enjoy. So more than whisky - but a great dram will always just be a few feet away.
